We have radically changed the way Mafia's ranks work. If you wish to be part of a Progression team you will belong to one of 2 raid teams. The raid leader will determine what you need in order to get or fill in for these teams. Please speak to them in-game. Once we know the specific requirements for these 2 teams we will post them here and will notify you via the guild newsletters. We also hope to plan 1 - 2 casual teams. These will be much more laid back but you will need to demonstrate raid awareness and show effort into the minimum gearing for your toon/s. 

Our Dons will be able to advise you on the best way to get tested. It is up to you to keep up with the teams if you wish to join or fill in for one otherwise you will be demoted to a casual raider or social player.
