These are all our casual raid/events teams. They are there for players who cannot (maybe due to Shift work or maybe waiting for a permanent raid spot) or do not wish to committ (maybe you have a family) to a progression team. Casual teams are also great for players with alts to gear up. 

The invites for these teams is simple. Pick the team you want when you want. Priority is given to tanks and healers and based on first come first in and the classes will be balanced first. If you are on standby you must still show up. It is a good idea to have more then one class of toon to enable the raid team to be more balanced.
